   I think the Hungarian Governments response was very good for the most part with one exception. The face mask being mandatory in all shops before the rules were relaxed. I suffer with breathing issues already and with a face mask on I struggle to breathe. I think that face mask should not be mandatory. I support the idea of wanting to help slow down/stop the spread but the face mask should be optional for people having difficulty breathing while wearing one.

   I also think that the Hungarian Government should encourage the grocery stops such as Tesco, Aldi and Lidl to name a few to offer curbside pick up of grocery items that customers would like to order online and consider offering home delivery of groceries nationwide with a reasonable delivery surcharge. This would help some of the unemployed find work and would lessen peoples exposure to sick people in the grocery stores.

   In my opinion, these national consultations are, in theory, sensible, but lack credibility, since the way questions are asked already suggest or at least influence the answers, and the way the different topics are presented seems misleading, to say the least. Beside that, who can verify that the result of the consultation is the one the Government reports? They send, collect, read and report, without any “ super partes “ authority able to verify. Again, not credible, it raises the suspicion that this is just Govt’ propaganda at taxpayers’ expenses. I wish my money, as taxpayer here in Hungary, were used for everybody’s benefit, especially in this time when public funds should be diverted to the sectors in need.
   Also, in my opinion, Government response to the pandemic has been good, not exceptional but good. Especially good was the 9 am – 12 pm shopping policy, which I believe have been kept in force and not withdrawn, for the virus is still circulating and the battle is far from over.
   P.s. I see too many people traveling on public buses without mask or without wearing it properly. Drivers do not seem to care. This is very bad, since we know that only masks, distancing and hands hygiene are effective means of protection.
